Free post trip calibration services are provided to support insurance claims when temperature sensitive commodities have been damaged. Repair services are also available by quote. DeltaTRAK offers standard single probe point calibration and two-point probe calibration. Contact us at 800-962-6776 (US and Canada) for additional probe point pricing.
Our calibration laboratory is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment and is precisely temperature controlled. All DeltaTRAK thermometers are available with factory certificates, and our instruments are tested to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Standards. Our services satisfy record keeping requirements for ISO 9000.
Certificates of calibration include an in-depth summary of the tool, deviations, and any out-of-tolerance conditions. Reminders are sent out 30 days prior to recalibration as part of the service. Each thermometer has a unique serial number for future traceability and reference.
