Stainless Steel Extreme Temp Data Loggers

Consistency in processing, handling, transportation, and storage of temperature sensitive products will minimize damage and costs. The Stainless Steel Data Logger, Models 20615 and 20616, is a reusable, compact and easy-to-use device for high temperature applications. Battery powered, it automatically records temperatures between -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) and it has an operating environment of -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) and 0% to 100% RH. Model 20615 is a rugged, submersible logger. Model 20616 has a 24" flexible silicone rubber enclosed cable with a 4" stainless steel probe. Both are ideal for use in harsh environments such as retort, sterilization and autoclave validation. They can also be used in food processing, flash freezing and chill blast tunnels for prepared and processed foods.

 

Both loggers feature a non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. Delta Manager Software is used to download, display and analyze up to 32,767 temperature measurements. The devices are N.I.S.T. traceable.
