Seafood
Whether transporting seafood down the street to the local market, across town to the processor or across the country to a distributor, it must be kept at a safe temperature to retain freshness. DeltaTRAK's data loggers are ideal tools for managing the cold chain of fresh, frozen or processed seafood.
The FlashLink CT Logger is a single use temperature logger. It records temperature data for 5, 15, 45 or 75 days. The data can then be output to the CT Graphics Printer, downloaded to a PC with the In-Transit FlashLink Software or printed out almost immediately with the FlashPDF software.
In-Transit Temperature Recorders are easy to use, reliable temperature and time recorders for use in transit and storage. The recorder produces a printed chart of the temperatures recorded during the transport or while in storage.
DeltaTRAK's line of infrared thermometers means you can check the temperature of the seafood without touching it. This eliminates any cross contamination while checking a large load or storage area.
Seafood, especially shellfish, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) to meet HACCP regulations and ensure food safety. Use one of DeltaTRAK's probe thermometers to check the temperature during cooking and cooling.
