DeltaTRAK Introduces New High Temperature Stainless Steel Data Logger
PLEASANTON, CA - (Jan. 23, 2009) - DeltaTRAK®, Inc., a leading innovator of cold chain management and temperature monitoring solutions is releasing a new high temperature stainless steel data logger with external probe. The model 20616 data logger is a compact, battery powered device, intended for use in a diverse range of temperature recording environments. It will be available for sale beginning February 2, 2009.
The temperature recording range of the model 20616 is from -40°F to 302°F (-40°C to 150°C). It can operate in any humidity from 0-100%. The 24” flexible silicone rubber enclosed cable has a 4” stainless steel probe that can be positioned in a variety of ways. It the ideal temperature monitoring tool for use in harsh environments such as retort, sterilization, autoclave validation, food processing, smoke house cooking, flash freezing, and chill tunnels.
This data logger features a 32,767 data point, non-volatile solid state memory which provides maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. Delta Manager Software is used for data download and display. This device is a user-friendly, N.I.S.T traceable validation tool.
